FDS Australia agrees to buy back your franchise for exactly what you paid as the Initial Upfront Franchise Fee, if, after operating for 24 months, your franchise has not generated $126,000 in revenue in the previous 12 month period, and you have continued to meet your monthly Royalty obligations, and you have fulfilled your obligations to give your franchise the best chance of success including:

• Hired appropriate venue (s) for the minimum amount of time required to accommodate sufficient classes to meet the revenue target (15 hours per week)
• Maintained a marketing and social media spend of $1,000 per month to generate leads for free trials
